Persona26
Persona26 extends Independent Analytics by adding visitor identity, behavioural profiling, and content personalisation to WordPress websites.
At its core, the plugin creates a persistent visitor identity that exists beyond a single browser session. It tracks engagement over time, builds a lightweight profile of visitor interests, and enables websites to adapt content based on those interests.

Core features include persistent visitor IDs, identity mapping into Independent Analytics, engagement dimensions, visitor profiles stored in the browser, content alignment metadata, body classes for segmentation, and front-end personalisation that shows or hides content based on a visitor’s inferred interests.
The design philosophy is intentionally practical. Persona26 is not trying to become a Customer Data Platform (CDP) or enterprise personalisation engine. Instead, it brings the most useful concepts from those systems into WordPress in a lightweight, privacy-conscious way.
For most websites, that is more than enough.
Very few organisations need real-time AI personalisation, complex identity graphs, or enterprise marketing clouds. What they do need is a way to understand visitor interests, tailor content, and create more relevant experiences without introducing significant cost or complexity. Persona26 delivers those capabilities using WordPress and Independent Analytics, making personalisation accessible to websites that would otherwise never justify a larger platform investment.
